Learn to Tie

𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐢, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭 of tying the body in ropes. An art, an expression, an experience of the body, surrendering control, taking control, sensuality, play, restriction, freedom…and it goes on. Trust me. The depth and self-knowledge that comes from the rope is like nothing else. In this Rope Skillz class, we will be focusing on developing Basic Technical Skills for Shibari. We will be learning specific knots, frictions, lock-offs, and tension for specific harnesses that help build your foundational tool box.

Dec 10th: Technical Skill Development: Hishi-Diamond Ties & Open Play/Practice/Social

7:30-9:30pm

The focus of this class will be on learning how to tie a Hishi (Diamond Shape) on the upper and lower body.

**This class offers a discount to those who have already attended a class with Kati. 

Dec 17th: Technical Skill Development & Open Play/Practice

7:30-9:30pm

The focus of this class will be learning how to tie 3 different box ties (arms behind the back).

Bring your own ropes (2 ropes minimum)

Ropes will be available for purchase (8m Jute Natural Color or Red) for $30 each.
